Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Dr. Sophie Rochon has always been passionate about movement and healthy living. Growing up as a competitive athlete, she developed a strong appreciation for the body’s ability to heal and perform at its best — a passion that naturally led her toward a career in chiropractic care.
She began her academic journey at Laurentian University, completing three years of Honours studies in Physical Education and Health before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2012.
Dr. Rochon started her practice in Edmonton, Alberta, where she gained valuable experience working with a wide range of patients and conditions. During this time, she also completed additional certification in acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada. While in Edmonton, she continued to stay active by playing soccer, volleyball, and ball hockey.
After several years out west, she returned home to Ontario and now proudly serves the Ottawa community. Fully bilingual in English and French, Dr. Rochon is a member in good standing with both the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Associations.
Her approach to care combines gentle, evidence-based chiropractic techniques with a personalized treatment plan that supports each patient’s goals. She values open communication, collaboration, and believes that healing should be both effective and empowering.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Rochon enjoys sports, home renovation projects, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
